It’s as smooth as your favorite playlist! If you’re not completely in love with your personalized apparel or accessories, just reach out to us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the refund process like a seasoned DJ mixing your favorite tracks.
How long does it take to process refunds?
Refund processing can take a hot minute, usually 5-10 business days after we confirm your return. We know waiting can be tough, but it’ll be worth it when you see that money back in your pocket!

2. Digital Products (STRICT POLICY)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
E-books
Downloadable files
Templates (Canva, PDFs, etc.)
Online courses
Guides and toolkits
Reason:
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

If ME2 LLC sells physical products (e.g., Printify, merchandise): Eligibility for Returns Must be requested within 7 days of delivery Item must be unused and in original condition Non-Refundable Situations Personalized/custom items Used or damaged items not caused by us Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Provide photos of the item and packaging We will offer: Replacement Store credit Or refund (if replacement unavailable)

Order Cancellations

Digital products: Cannot be canceled once purchased Physical products: Must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
