At ME2 LLC, we strive to provide high-quality products and a positive customer experience. Due to the nature of our products and services, this Refund Policy outlines when refunds are and are not granted.
2. Digital Products (STRICT POLICY)
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable.
This includes (but is not limited to):
E-books
Downloadable files
Templates (Canva, PDFs, etc.)
Online courses
Guides and toolkits
Reason:
Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Exceptions (Case-by-Case)
Refunds may be considered only under the following conditions:You were charged multiple times for the same Product you did not receive access due to a technical error The product is proven to be completely inaccessibleIf approved, refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
Physical Products (If Applicable)
If ME2 LLC sells physical products (e.g., Printify, merchandise): Eligibility for Returns Must be requested within 7 days of delivery Item must be unused and in original condition Non-Refundable Situations Personalized/custom items Used or damaged items not caused by us Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery Provide photos of the item and packaging We will offer: Replacement Store credit Or refund (if replacement unavailable)
Order Cancellations
Digital products: Cannot be canceled once purchased Physical products: Must be canceled within 12 hours of purchase
Affiliate Products (Important)
ME2 LLC promotes third-party products through affiliate links. 👉 We do not control or process refunds for these products. If you purchase through an affiliate link: You must contact the original seller directly Their refund policy will apply
Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in: Permanent ban from future purchases Denial of future services We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.
